摘　　要：非言语沟通对课堂教学至关重要的辅助作用,该文对非言语沟通的内涵、重要性及其主要的非言语沟通形式在教师教育实践中的与运用分析,对教师教育实践中非言语行为存在的问题探析,从文化差异、教师非言语沟通能力运用、理解错误的非言语沟通行为和提升道德美学修养四个方面提出相应改善措施。Nonverbal communication plays a crucial auxiliary role in classroom teaching.This article analyzes the connotation,importance,and main forms of nonverbal communication in teacher education practice,and explores the problems of nonverbal behavior in teacher edu⁃cation practice.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed from four aspects:cultural differences,the use of nonverbal communica⁃tion skills by teachers,misunderstandings of nonverbal communication behavior,and the enhancement of moral and aesthetic cultivation.
