摘　　要：浙江地方文化作为中华传统文化的重要组成部分,为高职院校思政课程提供了丰富资源和素材。本文探讨了将浙江地方文化融入高职院校思政课的必要性和迫切性,通过调研发现,深化文化资源挖掘、创新教学模式、促进课程融合、建立资源库、加强师资队伍建设是融入的关键。浙江交通职业技术学院通过构建红色场馆育人模式等实践,提供了有益借鉴。为确保有效融入,需构建系统化、多层次的机制体系,包括资源挖掘整合、课程设计实施、文化交流合作等。将浙江地方文化融入高职思政课,有助于提升教学质量和效果,推动文化传承发展,高职院校应加强研究和探索。Zhejiang local culture,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,provides abundant resources and materials for ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the necessity and urgency of integrating Zhejiang local culture into ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.Through research,it is found that deepening the excavation of cultural resources,innovating teaching modes,promoting curriculum integration,establishing resource libraries,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff are key to successful integration.Zhejiang Institute of Communications has provided useful references through practices such as establishing an educational model based on red culture venues.To ensure effective integration,a systematic and multi-level mechanism system needs to be constructed,including resource excavation and integration,curriculum design and implementation,cultural exchange and cooperation,etc.Integrating Zhejiang local culture into ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges helps improve teaching quality and effectiveness,and promotes cultural inheritance and development.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should strengthen research and exploration in this field.
