摘 要:以立德树人为目标,以OBE为理论依据,以知识技能与课程思政融合为视角,全面梳理课堂教学评价理论基础,依据CIPP模型构建OBE理念下高职院校课堂教学评价指标体系,运用AHP法确定指标权重,建立课堂教学评价体系,并以港口与航运管理专业为载体开展实证研究;同时结合高职院校课堂教学知识技能与课程思政融合的现状,提出基于OBE-CIPP模式的高职院校课堂教学评价体系建设对策与建议,对推动高职教育教学评价方式变革有意义。This paper aims at fostering virtue and nurturing talent,takes OBE as the theoretical basis,and adopts the perspective of integrating knowledge and skills with ideological and political education in courses.It comprehensively reviews the theoretical foundation of classroom teaching evaluation,constructs an evaluation index system for classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges based on the OBE concept and the CIPP model,determines the index weights using the AHP method,and establishes a classroom teaching evaluation system.It conducts an empirical study with the Port and Shipping Management major as the carrier.At the same time,in light of the current situation of integrating knowledge and skills with ideological and political education in classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of a classroom teaching evaluation system based on the OBE-CIPP model,which is meaningful for promoting the transformation of teaching evaluation methods in higher vocational education.
