摘 要:现场工程师是面对技术革新与产业转型的应时之需,是助力新质生产力形成与发展的应然选择,是一种新质人才。现场工程师始终处于时间与场域的二元结构之中,本质指向个体知识与能力更新的即时性、教育时间与职业时间的共时性、工作场域与学习场域双向嵌入以及置身实践场域。基于扎根理论,研究发现基准性能力、过程性能力与拓展性能力“三阶复合”是现场工程师核心能力的具象化呈现与表达,蕴含有基础、能实践与可拓展的内在逻辑。职业教育现场工程师培养要推动“三新”建设,强化跨领域交叉渗透,形塑产教融合新路径;贯彻整体性教育理念,创建人才培养新范式;整合利用性与探索性学习,激发双元学习新动力。Field engineers are important to meet demands of the times of technological innovation and industrial transformation,and are necessary to facilitate the formation and development of new quality productive forces,who are kind of new quality talents.Field engineers are always in a binary structure of time and field,which essentially points to the immediacy of individual knowledge and competence updates.It also highlights the synchronicity of educational and career time,the bidirectional embedding of work and learning fields,and being immersed in practical fields.Based on grounded theory,it has been found that the three-order composite of benchmark competence,process competence,and expansion competence is the concrete presentation and expression of the core competencies of field engineers.This composite contains the internal logic of having a foundation,being able to practice,and being expandable.The training of field engineers in vocational education should promote the following construction.First,strengthen cross-field penetration,form a new path for the integration of industry and education.Second,implement the concept of holistic education to create a new paradigm of talent training.Third,integrate exploitative learning and exploratory learning to stimulate the new power of ambidextrous learning.
