摘　　要：文化振兴是乡村全面振兴的精神基础,决定着乡村发展方向。职业教育凭借其教育性、地域性和职业性特质,能为乡村文化振兴提供持续动力。通过送教下乡、文化服务与志愿服务,职业教育在人才支撑、产业赋能和精神培育三方面形成合力。当前,职业教育赋能乡村文化振兴仍面临理念互斥、系统脱节、特性缺失以及结构失衡四大困境。对此,需从以下几个方面突破:一是增强理念赋能,发挥职业教育传承创新作用,盘活乡土人文资源;二是重视提质增效,发挥职业教育融合优势,提升乡村文化传承功能;三是加强资源整合,发挥职业教育地域优势,构筑乡村“在地文化”;四是完善结构体系,发挥职业教育应用特长,对接乡村文化需求。Cultural revitalization is the spiritual foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and leads the direction of rural development.Vocational education,with its educational,regional,and vocational attributes,can inject lasting momentum into the revitalization of rural culture.Through teaching in rural areas,cultural services,and volunteer services,it provides talent support,intelligence,and spiritual support for rural cultural revitalization.At present,the concept of vocational education enabling rural cultural revitalization is mutually exclusive,the system is disconnected.Additionally,the characteristics are missing,the structure is imbalanced,and there are other difficulties and blockages.In response,breakthroughs should be made through the following approaches.First,enhance the empowerment of concepts,give play to the role of vocational education in inheritance and innovation,and revitalize local cultural and human resources.Second,attach importance to improving quality and efficiency,leverage the integration advantages of vocational education,and enhance the function of rural culture inheritance.Third,strengthen resource integration,utilize the regional advantages of vocational education,and build the local culture in rural areas.Fourth,improve the structural system,bring into full play the application strengths of vocational education,and meet the needs of rural culture.
