摘  要:提升教育工作者数字能力是推动教育数字化转型的关键举措,职业教育作为与产业动态结合最紧密的教育类型,职业教育工作者不仅要面对数字技术迭代更新的挑战,更需要帮助学生满足就业市场的数字化技能需求。欧盟职业教育工作者的数字能力在《欧洲教育工作者数字胜任力框架》指引下完成,对职业教育教师、企业培训师或导师都做出了相应要求。通过对“伊拉斯谟+”两个资助项目的分析发现,欧盟坚持终身学习理念,从真实生产场景入手,吸纳更广泛的利益相关群体参与培训提升项目开发,以模块化培训方式系统培养数字化复合型师资。这为我国职业教育师资培训带来启示:连接数字化、智能化生产需求,整体设计职教教师数字能力培训计划,促进职业教育教师数字能力培训的高质量提升。Enhancing the digital competence of educators is a key initiative in driving the digital transformation of education.As the type of education most closely aligned with the labor market,vocational education is continually promoted in the EU through digital capability improvements to enhance workforce quality.In the European Union,the digital competence of vocational education professionals is developed within the framework of the European Digital Competence Framework for Educators.This framework sets clear expectations for vocational teachers,corporate trainers,and mentors alike.An analysis of two projects funded by the Erasmus+funded program reveals that the EU adheres to the principle of lifelong learning,begins from authentic industrial contexts,and incorporates a broader range of stakeholders in the design and delivery of training programs.By adopting a modular training approach,the EU systematically cultivates digitally proficient and versatile educators.This provides valuable insights for the professional development of vocational education teachers in China.It is essential to align teacher training with the digital and intelligent transformation of industry.Additionally,it is important to design comprehensive training programs in a systematic way and promote the high-quality advancement of teachers'digital competence in vocational education.
