摘 要:目的:结合新医科建设要求,以康复治疗师岗位胜任力为标准,分析康复治疗学专业人才培养的创新性、实用性、可行性,针对目前教学模式存在的问题和不足,探讨康复治疗学专业人才培养模式的改革。方法:选取赣南医科大学2021—2023届毕业生、专业教师、用人单位领导和康复治疗师作为研究对象,进行问卷调查与访谈。结果:以岗位胜任力为载体的“大健康”教学理念在康复治疗学专业学生培养过程中融入的符合率较高;对教学方法开展的满意度均达到60%以上;多措并举实习教育与就业方面全部项目的完全符合率为56.62%~64.34%;考核方式开展形式较多;指导学生开展项目较低;康复专业学生理论与实践技能学习完全符合率最高,达76.92%;创新与研究能力培养完全符合率整体偏低。结论:以岗位胜任力为导向的康复治疗学人才培养模式需要进行多方面的改革和创新:⑴加大教学投入,完善实验实践教学设备及教学体系;⑵加强师资队伍创新能力建设,提高教师的教学及科研水平;⑶优化教学内容,全面推广“2+2”人才培养模式,尽早进入临床实践操作和加强临床思维的培养;⑷注重学生全面发展,提高学生参加创新创业及各类比赛的积极性。Objective:In combination with the requirements of the construction of new medical science and the competence of rehabilitation therapists as the standard,we analyze the innovation,practicality and feasibility of the training of rehabilitation therapy professional talents,and discuss the reform of the rehabilitation therapy professional talent training model in response to the problems and shortcomings of the current teaching model.Methods:The 2021—2023 graduates of Gannan Medical University,professional teachers,leaders of employing units and therapists were selected as the research objects to conduct questionnaire survey and interview.Results:The teaching concept of"big health"with post competence as the carrier had a high compliance rate in the training process of students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.The satisfaction of all kinds of teaching methods had reached more than 60%.The compliance rate of all projects in internship education and employment was between 56.62%and 64.34%.There were many ways of assessment,and fewer ways of guiding students to carry out the projects.The highest compliance rate of theoretical and practical skills for rehabilitation students reached 76.92%.The compliance rate of innovation and research ability training was about 50%the overall level was low.Conclusion:The rehabilitation therapy talent training model oriented towards job competence requires reforms and innovations in many aspects:⑴Increase teaching investment and improve experimental practical teaching equipment and teaching system;⑵Strengthen the innovation capacity of the faculty team and improve teachers'teaching and scientific research level;⑶Optimize teaching content,comprehensively promote the"2+2"talent training model,enter clinical practice operations as soon as possible and strengthen the cultivation of clinical thinking;⑷Pay attention to students'comprehensive development and improve students'enthusiasm for participating in innovation and entrepreneurship and various competitions.
