摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱法同时检测干制水产品中8种禁用色素和防腐剂的分析方法。样品采用甲醇饱和的正己烷除脂后,经3%氨化甲醇提取,乙酸锌-亚铁氰化钾结合低温甲醇除杂,以甲醇-10 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,C_(18)色谱柱进行分离,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,标准曲线外标法定量。8种目标化合物质量浓度在0.2~20.0 mg/L范围内,线性相关系数均大于0.9997,方法检出限(LOD)为0.1~0.3 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.3~1.0 mg/kg。对4种具有代表性的干制水产品(海米、鱿鱼丝、干贝、鱼干)进行2.5,5.0,25 mg/kg 3水平6平行加标回收实验,回收率在81.3%~105.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~5.1%。该方法为第三方检测机构对干制水产品中禁用色素及防腐剂的检测提供便利。An analysis method was established for the simultaneous determination of 8 banned pigments and preservatives in dried aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography.The samples were degreased with n-hexane,extracted with 3%ammoniated methanol,and purified with zinc acetate-potassium ferricyanide combining with methanol at low-temperature.A C_(18)chromatographic column was used for the separation of 8 target compounds under gradient elution mode with methanol-10 mmol/L ammonium acetate as the mobile phase.The analytes were detected by a diode-array detector and quantified by external standard method.The linear ranges of the 8 target compounds were 0.2-20.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9997.The limits of detection were 0.1-0.3 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation were 0.3-1.0 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries of the analytes in four representative dried aquatic products(dried shrimp,shredded squid,dried scallop,and dried fish)at three levels of 2.5,5.0 and 25 mg/kg ranged from 81.3%to 105.2%,with the relative standard deviations of 0.8%to 5.1%.The method facilitates the detection of banned pigments and preservatives in dried aquatic products for the third-party testing organizations.
