摘  要:孟宪承、刘佛年分别任新中国第一所社会主义师范大学的首任校长和第二任校长,两位先生对高等师范办学有着独到的理论见解和不懈的实践追求,他们都注重传统与现代的融合、民族性与世界性的统一、理论与实践的互动,形成一以贯之的师范办学灵魂,蕴含着独特的师范之道。就其理论意蕴而言,他们坚持陶冶品性与以生为本的为师之根基、探究真理与增进智慧的为师之智创、至诚报国与服务社会的为师之大爱。在此师范义理的指引下,他们加强思政教育,注重品性的陶熔与养成,坚持师范大学应向综合性大学看齐,兼顾“师范性”与“学术性”,探索教学、科研、实践的一体化,践行“大学到民间去”,最终实现师范办学的实践旨趣。他们办学的师范意蕴与师范旨趣共同涵养着师范之道,为教育家办学提供了实践遵循与样本范例。Meng Xiancheng and Liu Fonian respectively served as the first and second presidents of the first socialist normal university in New China.The two gentlemen have unique theoretical insights and unremitting practical pursuits in higher normal education,emphasizing the integration of tradition and modernity,the unity of nation and the world,and the interaction between theory and practice,forming a consistent soul of normal education and containing a unique way of normal education.In terms of its theoretical implications,they adhere to the foundation of cultivating character and valuing life as a teacher,the intellectual creation of exploring truth and enhancing wisdom as a teacher,and the great love of serving the country and society with sincerity as a teacher.Guided by the principles of teacher education,they strengthen ideological and political education,pay attention to the cultivation of character,adhere to the principle that normal universities should be in line with comprehensive universities,balance"teacher education"and"academic",explore the integration of teaching,research,and practice,practice the"university to the people"approach,and achieve the practical purpose of teacher education.The pedagogical significance and pedagogical purpose of their education jointly cultivate the way of teacher education,providing practical guidance and sample examples for educators to run schools.
