摘 要:重症医学科是救治重症患者的特种阵地,具有多学科协作、高精尖仪器监护等特点,近年来得到了飞速发展。但是重症医学人文关怀缺失现象日渐凸显,甚至让患者出现了“后ICU综合征”。重症医学人文教育体系的成熟和推广有利于让人文精神回归到医学的本质,提高患者的诊疗效果和满意度。笔者分析重症医学人文教学现状及意义,研究先进医学人文教学经验,探索重症医学人文切实可行的教学策略和实践路径。WIntensive care unit(ICU)is a special field for the treatment of critically ill patients,which has the characteristics of multidisciplinary cooperation and high-precision instrument monitoring.It has developed rapidly in recent years.However,the lack of humanistic care in critical care medicine has become increasingly prominent,even making patients appear"post-ICU syndrome".The maturity and promotion of the humanistic education system in critical care medicine is conducive to the return of humanistic spirit to the essence of medicine and improve the diagnosis and treatment effect and satisfaction of patients.This paper analyzes the current situation and significance of humanities teaching in critical care medicine,studies the teaching experience of advanced medical humanities,and explores the practical teaching strategy and practical path of humanities in critical care medicine.
