摘 要:当新文科建设给高等文科教育确定了新方向新使命,也对教师及能力提出了更高的要求。面对文科教育转型发展的需要,教师的能力结构发生了重要的转变,它要求教师在认识文科转型发展中明确职业理念新的定位,在自我行动中落实专业发展新的方向,在实现能力提升中走向成长新的高度。为了更好地促进能力的提升,教师需要开启自我成长反思意识能力,主动学习积累新兴知识,掌握专业方法创新融合,组成多学科共同体团队,不断提升自我的价值引领的说服力、跨界联合的整合力、数字环境的适应力、实践知识的传授力、人文素养的传承力,更好适应文科转型发展过程中的立德树人使命。The construction of new liberal arts has determined new directions and missions for higher liberal arts education,and has also put forward higher requirements for teachers and their abilities.In the face of the need for the transformation and development of liberal arts education,the ability structure of teachers has undergone an important transformation.It requires teachers to clarify the new positioning of their professional concepts in understanding the transformation and development of liberal arts,implement the new direction of professional development in their own actions,and reach new heights of growth in achieving ability enhancement.In order to better promote the improvement of their abilities,teachers need to activate their awareness and ability of self growth reflection,actively learn and accumulate emerging knowledge,master the innovation and integration of professional methods,form a multidisciplinary community team,continuously improve their persuasiveness in leading their own values,the integration of cross-border cooperation,the adaptability of the digital environment,the transmission of practical knowledge,and the inheritance of humanistic literacy,in order to better adapt to the mission of moral education and talent cultivation in the process of liberal arts transformation and development.
