摘  要:CDIO框架以全生命周期为载体,构建学习者主动参与实践的学习方式,实现理论知识获得与实践技能培养紧密结合,为构建教育硕士实践教学模式提供参考。以自我导向学习理论、行动学习理论、群体动力学理论为理论依据,CDIO框架下的教育硕士实践教学模式的构建,包括基于实际需求的构思、主动参与的教学设计、实践导向的教学实施和基于实践性反思的运作四个环节。以学习者主动学习为核心特征的教育硕士实践教学,在实施过程中应关注教师、教育硕士的角色转变,个体学习向群体参与转变,实践性知识获得与技能培养的协调,劣构问题的解决。The CDIO framework takes the whole life cycle as the carrier,constructs the learning mode in which learners actively participate in practice,realizes the close combination of theoretical knowledge acquisition and practical skill cultivation,and provides a reference for the construction of practical teaching mode of Master of Education.Based on self-directed learning theory,action learning theory and group dynamics theory,constructing the practical teaching model of Master of Education under the CDIO Framework includes four links:conception based on actual needs,teaching design based on active participation,practice-oriented teaching implementation,and operation based on practical reflection.The practical teaching of Master of Education,which takes learner's active learning as the core feature,should pay attention to the role transformation of teachers and masters of education,the transformation of individual learning to group participation,the coordination of practical knowledge acquisition and skill training,and the solution of bad structure problems.
