摘  要:教育家精神作为构筑强国之师的价值理想与精神引擎,是驱动教师队伍迈向高质量发展的核心动力。中国特有的教育家精神反映马克思主义教育理论的核心要义,赓续中华优秀传统师道文化的深厚底蕴,契合新时代锻造高质量教师队伍的迫切需求,具有鲜明的理论品格、深厚的文化底蕴和强烈的现实关怀。教育家精神彰显为党育人、为国育才的坚定立场,践行以人民为中心的教育发展理念,映现新时代中国教师群体的精神风貌与时代使命,展现出鲜明的政治性、人民性和时代性。新时代弘扬教育家精神要坚持多元主体协同、机制改革创新、现代技术赋能三维并重,让教育家精神落地生根,繁荣发展。As the value ideal and spiritual engine for building a strong teaching force,the educationist spirit serves as the core driving force propelling the teaching profession toward high-quality development.Educationalist spirit with Chinese characteristics embodies the essence of Marxist educational theory,carries forward the profound heritage of outstanding traditional Chinese teacher ethics,and aligns with the urgent need to forge a high-quality teaching workforce in the new era.It is characterized by a distinct theoretical character,profound cultural heritage,and strong practical relevance.The educationist spirit demonstrates a steadfast commitment to nurturing talents for the Party and the nation,practices a people-centered philosophy of educational development,reflects the spiritual ethos and historical mission of Chinese teachers in the new era,and showcases pronounced political orientation,people-centeredness,and contemporary relevance.To promote the educationist spirit in the new era,it is essential to balance external norms with internal motivation,integrate traditional methods with modern technology,and emphasize three-dimensional synergy:multi-stakeholder collaboration,institutional innovation,and empowerment through modern technology.This approach will ensure the rootedness,flourishing,and enduring vitality of the educationist spirit.
