摘  要:在我国文化战略持续深化与新疆多元文化繁荣的背景下,文化润疆作为促进新疆地区文化繁荣、社会稳定以及民族团结的重要一环,已获得广泛认可。先秦儒家教育哲学作为中华优秀传统文化的重要部分,其所强调的教化之功,与文化润疆的内涵高度契合。其“仁爱”“礼治”等思想,为文化润疆提供重要哲学思考,还为实践路径的选择提供帮助,如,通过教育的普及和体系完善,有效提高人民群众的文化素养和道德水平。先秦儒家重视的“因材施教”“言传身教”等教育理念与方法,对当前文化润疆的具体落实具有启示意义。先秦儒家教育哲学在理论与实践层面,均为文化润疆的有效实施提供了宝贵资源与创新视角。Under the continuous deepening of China’s cultural strategy and the flourishing of diverse cultures in Xinjiang,the initiative of“Cultural Nourishing of Xinjiang,”as a critical component for promoting cultural prosperity,social stability,and ethnic unity in the region,has been widely recognized.Pre-Qin Confucian educational philosophy,as an essential part of China’s outstanding traditional culture,emphasizes the transformative power of education and moral cultivation,aligning closely with the core values of Cultural Nourishing of Xinjiang.Its principles of“benevolence”and“ritual governance”not only provide significant philosophical underpinnings for Cultural Nourishing of Xinjiang but also offer practical guidance.This is exemplified by the approach of popularizing education and improving its systemic structure,which can effectively enhance the cultural literacy and moral standards of the general populace.The educational concepts and methods advocated by Pre-Qin Confucianism,such as“tailored instruction”and“leading by example”,offer valuable insights for the concrete implementation of Cultural Moistening of Xinjiang.At both theoretical and practical levels,Pre-Qin Confucian educational philosophy provides rich resources and innovative perspectives for the effective advancement of Cultural Nourishing of Xinjiang.
