路径依赖视域下高校师德建设探析

摘  要:高校是实现立德树人根本任务的主阵地。教师是学生成长成才的引路人。高校师德建设关乎人才培养和科技进步。近年来,高校师德建设成果颇丰,但师德失范行为仍屡有发生。当前,高校师德建设受政策制度、传统师道文化等一系列因素的影响,在惯性锁定效应的强化、报酬递增机制、经济成本和预期固化效应方面陷入对之前政策制度的路径依赖困境,应从制度政策、观念认知、技术和文化四个维度为高校教师师德建设提供方法论指导。Colleges and universities are the principal posts for the realization of the fundamental task of moral education.Teachers are the guides by which pupils are brought up.The construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities is related to personnel training and scientific and technological progress.In recent years,numerous achievements have been made in the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities.Currently,the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities is affected by a number of factors,such as policy systems and traditional faculty culture.It is trapped in the path-dependent dilemma of the previous policy regime in terms of enhanced inertial locking effects,increasing return mechanisms,economic costs,and expected solidification effects.The four dimensions of system policy,concept recognition,technology and culture provide methodological guidance for the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities.
