摘 要:本研究建立了使用气相色谱仪测定白酒中微量成分的分析方法。CP-Wax57CB色谱柱(50 m×0.25 mm×0.20μm),载气为高纯氮气,流速0.75 mL/min,进样量1μL,分流比120∶1,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度250℃;标准品比对进行定性,五点内标标准曲线定量。本方法具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,精密度试验结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%~1.93%,加标回收率为81.10%~107.95%,方法精密度及准确度均满足白酒中风味物质检测的要求,可为白酒风味物质和甲醇含量检测提供参考。A method for the determination of trace components in Baijiu by GC was developed.The analytical conditions were as follows:the FID analysis column was Agilent CP-Wax57CB(50 m×0.25 mm×0.20μm),the carrier gas was high purity nitrogen,the flow rate was 0.75 mL/min,the sample amount was 1μL,the split ratio was 120∶1,and the sample inlet temperature and detector temperature was 250℃.Qualitative identification was carried out by comparing the retention time of the sample with that of the standard substance,and quantification was performed by using the five-point internal standard calibration curve.The method exhibited excellent linearity(R>0.999),the precision RSD was between 0.15%and 1.93%,and the spiked recovery rate was between 81.10%and 107.95%.The precision and accuracy of the method meet the detection requirements of flavor sub-stances in Baijiu,and can provide reference for the determination of flavor substances and methanol content in Baijiu.
