摘  要:数字技术与智能科技的深度融合给教育领域带来了前所未有的深刻变革,对教师胜任力提出了新的挑战与更高要求。聚焦乡村中学英语教师,采用定量与定性相结合的混合研究方法,从教育理论知识储备、教育技术应用和专业价值观三个维度对其在数智时代的胜任力现状进行了评估。结果发现,乡村中学英语教师的胜任力总体水平还有很大提升空间,在专业发展中面临多维困境:部分教师缺乏系统的教育学和心理学知识;多数教师融合数智技术与教学内容的能力有待提升,对数智技术应用具有复杂的认知态度。针对研究情况,提出了相应的提升策略,旨在为提高乡村教育质量提供理论支持与实践参考。The profound integration of digital and intelligent technologies has ushered in unprecedented and far-reaching transformations within the education sector.This shift presents new challenges and sets higher standards for teacher capabilities.This study zeroes in on rural secondary-school English teachers.Adopting a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative research,it evaluates their competencies in the digital and intelligent age across three key dimensions:educational theoretical knowledge,educational technology application,and professional values.The research findings indicate that,overall,rural secondary-school English teachers exhibit a moderately high level of competency.However,they encounter multifaceted obstacles in their professional development journey.Some teachers lack a comprehensive understanding of educational psychology and pedagogy.Moreover,most teachers proficiency in integrating digital and intelligent technologies into teaching requires significant improvement.Additionally,teachers' attitudes towards the application of these technologies are rather complex.In light of these findings,this study formulates targeted strategies to enhance teacher capabilities.The ultimate goal is to offer theoretical underpinnings and practical guidelines for improving the quality of rural education.
