摘　　要：人工智能技术在教育领域的快速发展,催生了虚拟教研室在高校教学中的应用。虚拟教研室利用增强现实、虚拟现实等技术手段,为教师和学生提供了一个互动性强、沉浸式的线上线下教研环境。文章探讨了人工智能结合虚拟教研室在食品专业课堂教学中的建设和发展,综述了国内高校使用虚拟教研室改良食品专业课堂的应用实例,分析了虚拟教研室如何改变传统教学模式来提高教学质量和效率。在此基础上,文章提出了一系列教学改革建议,以期为虚拟教研室的发展以及食品专业的教学改革提供理论参考。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education,the application of virtual teaching and research rooms in higher education has emerged.Virtual teaching and research rooms utilize technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality to provide a highly interactive and immersive teaching and research environment for both teachers and students,combining online and offline experiences.This article explores the construction and development of artificial intelligence in conjunction with virtual teaching and research rooms in food science classroom instruction,reviewing examples of domestic universities using virtual teaching and research rooms to enhance food science education.It analyzes how virtual teaching and research rooms can transform traditional teaching models and improve teaching quality and efficiency.On this basis,the article proposes a series of teaching reform suggestions,aiming to provide theoretical references for the development of virtual teaching and research rooms and the reform of food science education.
