摘 要:在新工科教育的推动下,社会对能源动力领域人才的期望逐年提升,对有技术研发、工程规划、工程设计等方面高层次应用型和复合型专业技术能力,具备工程管理能力的人才需求也愈益迫切。在对新工科教育、对人才培养提出更高要求的前提下,学校提出能源动力领域专业硕士研究生培养过程中存在的主要问题,通过贯彻双导师制,实现高校企业的共同发展;完善课程设置,构建产业需求的教学内容;开展校企联动,促进双方资源的深度融合;创新评价体系,实现培养机制的全面提升等一系列举措,实现以解决工程实际问题为目标,提升研究生的实践能力和创新思维,为能源动力领域的高质量发展培育优质人才。Under the promotion of new engineering education,society's expectations for talents in the field of energy and power have been increasing year by year,and the demand for high-level applied and composite professional technical abilities in technology research and development,engineering planning,engineering design,etc.,as well as talents with engineering management capabilities,has become more urgent.A higher requirement for talent cultivation in the field of new engineering education is proposed,and the problems that exist in the process of cultivating master's students in the field of energy and power are point out.By implementing the dual mentor system,achieve mutual development between universities and enterprises;Improve curriculum design and constructing teaching content that meets industry demands;Carryout schoolenterprise collaboration to promote the deep integration of resources between both parties;Innovate the evaluation system and comprehensively improving the training mechanism,so as to solve practical engineering problems,to enhance the practical ability and to innovative thinking of graduate students,and to cultivate high-quality talents for the high-quality development of the energy and power field.
