食药物质中五氯硝基苯和百菌清残留量检测

摘　　要：建立采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪准确且快速检测食药物质天麻、灵芝、石斛中五氯硝基苯和百菌清残留量的方法。样品经乙腈提取, Florisil固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱分离,质谱检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在优化试验条件下,五氯硝基苯和百菌清在0.05~3.2 mg/L范围内线性相关系数(R)均在0.999以上。低、中、高3个梯度加标水平下,测得相对标准偏差为1.4%~6.0%,回收率为70.61%~107.94%。以0+3S计算,其方法检出限五氯硝基苯和百菌清分别为0.000 5 mg/kg、0.002 mg/kg。该方法具有选择性好、准确度高和灵敏度强的优点,可用于食药物质天麻、灵芝、石斛中五氯硝基苯及百菌清残留量检测分析。To establish a method for accurately and quickly detecting residues of pentachloronitrobenzene and chlorothalonil in edible and medicinal substances such as gastrodia elata,ganoderma lucidum,and dendrobium officinale using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The method samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by Florisil solid-phase extraction column,separated by gas chromatography,detected by mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.Under optimized experimental condition,the linear correlation coefficients(R^(2))of pentachloronitrobenzene and chlorothalonil were above 0.999 in the range of 0.05 mg/L to 3.2 mg/L;At the three gradient spiking levels of low,medium,and high,the relative standard deviation measured was 1.4%to 6.0%,and the recovery rate was 70.61%to 107.94%;Calculated with 0+3S,the detection limits for pentachloronitrobenzene and chlorothalonil are 0.0005 mg/kg and 0.002 mg/kg,respectively.This method has the advantages of high selectivity,high accuracy,and high sensitivity,and can meet the requirements for the detection and analysis of residual levels of pentachloronitrobenzene and chlorothalonil in edible and medicinal substances such as gastrodia elata,ganoderma lucidum,and dendrobium officinale.
