摘　　要：通过参加中国食品药品检定研究院能力验证计划,寻求一种快速简便的奶粉中克罗诺杆菌属(阪崎肠杆菌)的检测方法。依据中国食品药品检定研究院提供的阪崎肠杆菌能力验证作业指导书,以及GB 4789.40—2016 (第一法),对乳粉中阪崎肠杆菌进行检验。结果表明,样品55中检出阪崎肠杆菌,样品58中未检出阪崎肠杆菌,能力验证检测结果满意。试验采用传统生化鉴定试剂盒及VITEK 2 Compact系统进行检测,得到的结果相同。2种方法结合准确性更高,然而VITEK 2 Compact鉴定系统比传统生化鉴定试剂盒时效性更高。By participating in the proficiency testing program of the China Institute for Food and Drug Control,find a rapid and simple method for detecting Enterobacter sakazakii in milk powder.The proficiency test guidance and GB 4789.40—2016(first method)were used for determination.The results showed that Cronobacter Spp.(Enterobacter Sakazakii)was detected in sample 55,and Cronobacter Spp.(Enterobacter Sakazakii)was not detected in sample 58.The results of the two detection methods were consistent,but the VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial identification system was faster than the national standard method.
