摘 要:地方师范类高校是培养基础教育师资的主力军,对教育强国建设负有使命与职责。地方师范类高校师范专业的师范性逐渐弱化,教师教育站在新的历史发展转折点,其再师范化既是进入新时代后教师教育的内涵再提升,更是应对高等教育发展对教师教育带来的机遇与挑战的现实之需。地方师范类高校再师范化需要以新视角来检视教师教育的价值观,以高质量为发展目标,在学科育人实践中着力培养以创新精神和实践能力为核心素养的未来卓越教师,高质量完成立德树人的根本任务。Local normal universities are the main force in cultivating basic education teachers and have a mission and responsibility to build an educational powerhouse.The pedagogical nature of teacher education majors in local normal universities is gradually weakening,and teacher education is standing at a new historical turning point.Its re-normalization is not only the connotation of teacher education to be further enhanced after entering the new era,but also a practical need to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by the development of higher education to teacher education.The re-normalization of local normal universities requires a new perspective to examine the values of teacher education,with high quality as the development goal.In the practice of disciplinary education,efforts should be made to cultivate future outstanding teachers with innovative spirit and practical ability as the core literacy,and to complete the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents with high quality.
