摘　　要：“发酵工程实验”是生物技术专业一门实用性和技术性很强的专业技术基础课程。从“发酵工程实验”课程中存在的问题出发,对课程实验体系进行了探索,并优化了课程考核方式。“发酵工程实验”课程的探索和改革能促进并提高了学生的工程实践能力,且为创新型、应用型人才的培养提供理论参考。Fermentation Engineering Experiment is a practical and technical foundational course in the field of biotechnology.Starting from the problems existing in the Fermentation Engineering Experiment course,this article explored the experimental system of the course and optimized the course assessment method.The exploration and reform of Fermentation Engineering Experiment courses could promote and improve students'engineering practical abilities,and provided theoretical references for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents.
