摘　　要：介绍抗性淀粉调节和改善肠道微生物群的机制及其对慢性疾病发生和发展的影响,并总结抗性淀粉与一些常见慢性病肠道菌群关系的研究进展,旨在为后续开展抗性淀粉作用于相关疾病与肠道菌群研究提供参考。The regulatory mechanisms of resistant starch in modulating and improving intestinal microbiota, and its impact on the onset and progression of chronic diseases were introduced. The research progress of the relationship between resistant starch and intestinal microbiota of some common chronic diseases were reviewed, aiming to provide valuable reference for subsequent investigations into the effects of resistant starch on related diseases and intestinal microbiota.
