摘 要:通过对比分析1+X证书制度下关于工业机器人应用编程技能等级证书标准和高职试点院校相关专业的人才培养方案,寻找出高等职业院校培养劳动技能与岗位需求不符是职业教育人才供需失衡、企业用工短缺、学生就业难的重要因素。重新审视高职院校在应对1+X证书制度的挑战下课程培养方案、师资力量的培养以及实训室的建设和改革进展情况,提出了解决策略和方案,对我国职业教育供给侧改革研究具有积极促进意义。Through comparative analysis of the skill level certificate standards for industrial robot application programming under the "1+X" certificate system and the talent training programs of relevant majors in higher vocational pilot colleges,this study identifies the discrepancy between the labor skills cultivated in higher vocational colleges and job demands as a significant factor contributing to the imbalance in the supply and demand of vocational education talents,labor shortages in enterprises,and difficulties in student employment.It reexamines the progress in curriculum development,faculty cultivation,and the construction and reform of training laboratories in higher vocational colleges in response to the challenges posed by the "1+X" certificate system.The study proposes strategies and solutions that have a positive impact on the research on the supply-side reform of vocational education in China.
