摘 要:工学一体化课程设计作为中职技工教育的重要组成部分,旨在通过理论与实践的深度融合提高学生的专业技能和综合素质。针对当前中职技工学校在实施工学一体化课程中存在的问题,如教学资源分配不均、课程内容与实际需求脱节等问题,提出了一系列优化策略,并通过具体案例分析验证了这些策略的有效性。通过加强校企合作、优化课程设置、改进教学方法等措施,可以促进学生的学习兴趣和职业技能水平得到显著提高,为社会培养更多高素质的技术人才提供有力支持。As an important component of vocational technical education,the design of integrated engineering courses aims to enhance students' professional skills and comprehensive qualities through the deep integration of theory and practice.A series of optimization strategies have been proposed to address the problems of uneven distribution of teaching resources and disconnection between course content and actual needs in the implementation of comprehensive engineering courses in vocational and technical schools.The effectiveness of these strategies is verified through specific case analysis.By strengthening school enterprise cooperation,optimizing curriculum design,and improving teaching methods,students' interest in learning and vocational skills can be significantly improved,providing strong support for the cultivation of more high-quality technical talents in society.
