摘  要:职业教育是我国教育系统的重要组成部分,承担着培养应用型人才的重任,对教师的实践教学能力要求较高。研究“病理学”课程教学中提升教师实践能力的策略,在明确相关概念内涵的基础上,通过问卷调查,了解目前教师实践能力情况,分析教学改革的必要性,并从个人层面、学校层面、社会层面等不同维度出发,分析提升教师实践能力的有效措施,通过自我提升、学校激励、社会实践,有利于集中各方教育资源,建立联合育人机制,为“病理学”课程教师提升实践能力创造良好条件。Vocational education is an important part of China’s education system,which bears the important responsibility of cultivating applied talents and requires high practical teaching ability of teachers.The thesis studied the strategy of enhancing teachers’practical ability in pathology teaching,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of related concepts,grasping the current teachers’practical ability through questionnaire survey,analysing the necessity of teaching reform,and analysing the effective measures to enhance teachers’practical ability from different dimensions of personal level,school level,and social level,which can integrate educational resources of all parties through self-improvement,school incentives,and social practice establish joint parenting mechanism,and create good conditions for pathology teachers to improve their practice ability.
