摘 要:随着教育改革的不断深入,特色课程在提升教育质量、满足多样性教育需求等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。通过文献综述、案例分析和比较研究等方法,系统梳理特色课程开发的理论框架及其在师范教育中的重要性。深入分析师范院校培养特色课程开发者的现状与挑战,从课程体系构建、实践教学强化、师资队伍建设、合作与交流拓展等方面探讨培养特色课程开发者的新路径,旨在为师范院校教育改革与人才培养提供创新思路与实践指导,以提升师范院校毕业生在课程开发领域的专业能力与竞争力,更好地服务于基础教育的多样化发展需求。With the continuous deepening of educational reform,characteristic courses are playing an increasingly important role in improving educational quality and meeting diverse educational needs.Through methods such as literature review,case analysis,and comparative research,this paper systematically sorts out the theoretical framework of characteristic course development and its significance in normal education.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges of normal universities in cultivating developers of characteristic courses,and explores new paths for cultivating developers of characteristic courses from aspects such as construction of the curriculum system,strengthening of practical teaching,construction of the teaching staff,and expansion of cooperation and exchange.The aim is to provide innovative ideas and practical guidance for the educational reform and talent cultivation of normal universities,enhance the professional ability and competitiveness of graduates of normal universities in the field of course development and better serve the diverse development needs of basic education.
