摘　　要：培养拔尖创新人才是建设教育强国的重要战略支点,亟须健全完善拔尖创新人才选育理念全面融合、教育资源多方统筹、主体活力多维激发的嵌入型培养方式。本研究从嵌入型融合培养理念、嵌入型教育资源、嵌入型主体活力三个方面着手,针对现实问题提出如下建议:确立嵌入型融合培养理念,优化全过程选育的动态识别理念,融入全要素选育的优势发展理念,更新全路径选育的多元安置理念,提供专业化选育服务。盘活嵌入型教育资源,贯通以学段衔接为特征的多学段基础性资源,融通以院系协作为特征的多学科整合性资源,畅通以校企合作为特征的多领域实践性资源,统筹多层级培养力量。激发嵌入型主体活力,激活学生自主发展的内驱力,强化教师专业发展的引领力,挖掘社会合作支持的协同力,满足自主培养需求。Top-notch innovative talents cultivation constitutes an important strategic pillar for building an education powerhouse.There is an urgent need to improve the embedded training approach,which comprehensively integrates the concepts of talent selection and cultivation,coordinates multi-stakeholder educational resources,and stimulates the subjective vitality from various dimensions.Focusing on three aspects:embedded integrated cultivation concept,embedded educational resources,and embedded subject vitality,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for practical issues:first,establish the embedded integrated cultivation concept that optimizes dynamic identification concept for whole-process cultivation,integrates the advantageous development concept of all-factor selection,updates the multi-placement concept of full-path selection,and provides professional nurturing services.Second,revitalize embedded educational resources by linking basic educational resources across different stages characterized by stage articulation,integrating multidisciplinary resources through departmental collaboration,facilitating multi-field practical resources through school-enterprise cooperation,and coordinating multi-level training efforts.Finally,stimulate the vitality of embedded subjects by activating students'intrinsic drive for independent development,strengthening the leadership of teachers'professional growth,fostering collaborative support from social partners,and meeting the needs of independent talent cultivation.
