摘 要:初中历史试题命制要贯彻依标命题原则、促进“教-学-评”有机衔接,基本途径在于提升试题立意,并确保这一立意能够在试题命制的全过程得以贯彻落实。基于素养考查的目标要求,命题者应从必备知识、关键能力、核心价值三个维度确立试题立意,通过命题规划、情境创设、任务设计和学生表现的拟定来确保立意在试题命制中的有效达成。In the proposition of junior high school history test questions,it is necessary to implement the principle of proposition based on the curriculum standard and promote the organic integration of"teaching,learning and assessment".The fundamental approach is to enhance the theme of the test questions and ensure that this theme can be carried out throughout the whole process of test question proposition.Based on the target requirements of literacy assessment,question setters should establish the theme of test questions from three dimensions:essential knowledge,key abilities,and core values.They should ensure the effective realization of the theme in the proposition of test questions through proposition planning,situation creation,task design,and the formulation of students'performance.
