摘 要:要1天津历史中考三年来在追求素养立意的过程中,稳中求变,完成了由考查到考试的顺利转型,考试观发生明显变化,由知识本位、能力本位上升到素养本位。在稳中出新的中考试题中,凝练主题、创新情境、考查素养;构建考核范式上的历史解释;挖掘天津历史、涵养家国情怀。本文据此提出以核心素养为目标思维发展为路径,进行专题总结和主题教学,实践以学生为主体以问题驱动的历史教学策略。Over the past three years,the Tianjin History Secondary Education Entrance Examination(Zhongkao)has undergone a transformation driven by competency-oriented reforms,achieving a smooth transition from traditional knowledge-based assessment to a competency-focused evaluation model.Significant shifts in testing philosophy have emerged,moving from knowledge and skill prioritization to competency cultivation.The updated examination framework integrates stability with innovation,emphasizing thematic cohesion,contextual creativity,and competency evaluation.Key features include:structuring historical interpretation as an assessment paradigm;incorporating local Tianjin history to nurture students'patriotic sentiments and cultural identity;and aligning pedagogical strategies with core competencies.To address these changes,the article proposes a teaching approach centered on thematic summarization,student-led inquiry,and problem-driven instruction to foster critical thinking and historical literacy.
