摘  要:《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》指出,推动英语教学中教、学、评的一致性对于落实英语学科核心素养至关重要。鉴于当前英语写作教学存在诸多问题,依据新课标及中国高考评价体系,针对2023—2024年高考英语(天津卷)及2024年高考英语(全国卷)书面表达专题展开研究。通过剖析高考书面表达试题的评价准则、新课标对书面表达的要求,并结合外研版现行高中英语教材的话题设置,深入探讨教、学、评的一致性,提出落实新课标写作教学策略、实施话题整合、提供语篇结构支撑等英语写作教学建议,以提升教材利用效率,实现教考衔接,促进学生英语学科核心素养的发展。The General Senior High School English Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition,Revised in 2020)emphasizes that promoting consistency in teaching,learning,and assessment is crucial for implementing the core competencies of the English subject.In light of the various issues currently existing in English writing instruction,this paper,based on the new curriculum standards and the Chinese College Entrance Examination Evaluation System,conducts a study focusing on the written expression section of the 2023-2024 Tianjin English College Entrance Examination papers and the 2024 National English College Entrance Examination paper.By analyzing the evaluation criteria of the written expression tasks in the College Entrance Examination,the requirements of the new curriculum standards for written expression,and the topic settings in the current Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press(FLTRP)senior high school English textbooks,this paper explores the consistency in teaching,learning,and assessment in depth.It also puts forward suggestions for English writing teaching,such as implementing the writing teaching strategies of the new curriculum standards,carrying out topic integration,and providing support for text structure.These measures aim to improve the utilization efficiency of teaching materials,achieve the connection between teaching and examinations,and promote the development of students′key competencies in the English subject.
