摘 要:金融科技是金融领域新质生产力的具象化。在强国战略指引下,及时总结金融科技职业教育发展得失,可促进其可持续发展。目前,我国金融科技职业教育因办学基础不同而对标岗位呈现差异化特征;办学定位与人才培养定位各具特色;地域分布呈现中东部地区、西南地区密集,东北、西北部地区稀少等特点。针对金融科技职业教育存在的复合型师资缺乏、课程体系不够完备、实践教学投入不足、校企合作不够深入等问题,提出金融科技职业教育以差异化定位满足多层次市场需求,以产教融合取得差异化竞争优势,以课程体系优化和师资队伍建设适应“双链”对接,以资源整合实现人才培养效益最大化等策略。未来金融科技职业教育将不断更新人才培养模式,规范职业分类与执业、管理标准,从业者将对标国际,积极参与业内生态优化。Financial technology(FinTech)is the embodiment of the new quality and productivity in the financial field.Under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening China,timely summarizing the gains and losses of the development of FinTech vocational education can promote its sustainable development.At present,FinTech vocational education in China has different characteristics in job alignment due to varying institutional foundations;the school orientation and talent training orientation have different characteristics;the geographical distribution is dense in central-eastern and southwestern regions,and rare in northeast and northwest regions.In view of the problems existing in FinTech vocational education,such as lack of compound teachers,incomplete curriculum system,insufficient investment in practical teaching,and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,it is proposed that FinTech vocational education should meet multi-level market demands with differentiated positioning,achieve differentiated competitive advantages with integration of production and education,and adapt to“double chain”docking with curriculum system optimization and teacher team construction.The strategy of maximizing the benefits of talent training by means of resource integration.In the future,FinTech vocational education will continue to update the talent training model,standardize the occupational classification and practice,and management standards,practitioners will benchmark the international standard,and actively participate in the ecological optimization of the industry.
