摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在医学生神经内科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月在广州医科大学附属第二医院神经内科实习的本校2017级五年制临床医学专业84名学生为研究对象,采用简单随机分组方式将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组43名学生入科后每周进行1次Mini-CEX和DOPS考评,对照组41名学生入科后仅在实习结束时进行1次评价,通过理论知识考核、临床技能考核、教学质量满意度调查等对两组学生进行临床实习教学效果评价。结果试验组学生的Mini-CEX和DOPS考评分数、理论知识和临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001);试验组带教教师对本组学生的满意度评分高于对照组带教教师对本组学生的满意度评分,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组学生对带教教师的满意度评价比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Mini-CEX联合DOPS量表应用于神经内科实习教学中,能够提高实习学生的临床综合能力,提升神经内科实习教学质量,值得在临床教学实践中深入推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in neurology internship teaching of medical students.Methods A total of 84 students from the Grade 2017 majoring in five-year clinical medicine,who were interning in Department of Neurology at The Second Affiliated Hospital,Guangzhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022,were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group,consisting of 43 students,underwent weekly Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments after starting their internship,while the control group,consisting of 41 students,was only evaluated once at the end of the internship.The teaching effectiveness of the clinical internship was evaluated through theoretical assessments,skill assessments,and teaching quality satisfaction surveys for both groups.Results The Mini-CEX and DOPS assessment scores,theoretical and clinical skill assessment results of the students in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group students,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001);the satisfaction scores given by the teaching teachers to the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction evaluation of the teaching teachers between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS scale in neurology internship teaching can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of the intern students and enhance the quality of the neurology internship teaching,and is worth promoting in clinical teaching practice.
