摘 要:全口义齿工艺技术是高等职业教育口腔医学技术专业的核心课程,旨在培养学生设计与制作全口义齿的能力。目前,种植体支持式全口义齿和数字化全口义齿已逐渐成为牙列缺失修复的发展趋势,但传统的全口义齿设计与制作技术仍是口腔修复技师必备的基本技能,也是高职口腔医学技术专业学生必需的核心技能。从岗位能力分析出发,实施教学改革,提高教学的完整性、连贯性及实用性。基于岗位能力、职业技能标准与学情特点,传统的学科型课程内容以全口义齿修复的临床过程为主线,在高职口腔医学技术专业的全口义齿工艺技术教学中缺乏针对性。改变学科型内容框架,以全口义齿的完整制作工艺流程为主线,将其分为十项连贯的典型工作任务,重构为任务型课程内容体系。在此基础上,设置标准与临床无牙颌模型全口义齿设计与制作两个教学项目,实施递进式项目化教学。每项工作任务完成后进行量化考核,及时发现各教学阶段存在的问题。分析三个典型问题,提出具体的解决方案。从教学形式和教学内容的数字化两个方面提出建设方案,为高职全口义齿工艺技术课程建设提供新思路和参考。The complete denture technology is a core course of dental technology major in higher vocational education,aiming at cultivating students'abilities to design and manufacture complete dentures.At present,implant supported complete dentures and digital complete dentures have gradually become the development trends of dental arch loss restoration.However,traditional design and manufacturing techniques of complete dentures are still essential basic skills for dental restoration technicians and core skills for vocational college students majoring in dental technology.Starting from the analysis of position competency,the faculty carry out teaching reforms to improve the completeness,coherence,and practicality of teaching.Based on position competency,vocational skill standards,and learning situation characteristics,the traditional subject based curriculum which focuses on the clinical process of complete denture restoration lacks specificity in teaching complete denture technology for dental technology major in higher vocational education.Change the framework of subject based course content,with the complete manufacturing process of complete denture as the main line,and divide it into ten coherent typical tasks,reconstructing a task-based course content system.On this basis,set up two teaching projects including design and manufacturing of complete dentures for standard and clinical edentulous jaw model,and carry out progressive project-based teaching.Quantitative assessments are conducted after each task to promptly identify problems in each teaching stage.Three typical problems are analyzed and specific solutions are proposed.A construction plan is proposed from the digitalization of teaching forms and teaching content,providing new ideas and references for the construction of complete denture technology course in higher vocational education.
