图像处理技术在薯条颜色质量检测中的应用

摘　　要：尝试用图像识别来评判薯条的外观质量,以代替人工检测。作者基于图像处理技术,通过对样品的采样,利用最大方差自动取阈法对图像进行分割,实现对象物与背景的分离;采用中值滤波去掉大量的噪声;利用色度学HIS系统提取颜色特征,实现对薯条颜色的识别。试验结果表明,此技术的判别准确率达92.7％以上,而且操作简单。Rather than manual check, there is a study to examine the external look of potato strips with the technology of image recognization Based on image processing, by sampling and selecting a threshold automatically, achieve the division between the objects and background; then remove lots of yawps through median filter wave; thus cany out the recognization by the HIS system.The results show the precise rate is above 92.7% and the operation is simple.
