降醇胶囊解酒的人体功效学试验研究

摘　　要：选择20名健康成年男性随机配对分为试验组和对照组,以药用淀粉胶囊作为安慰剂对照,进行降醇胶囊的随机对照和双盲配对人体试验。结果显示,试验组饮酒后2—6h血乙醇含量及其变化率显著降低;试验组饮酒后头痛、头晕、嗜睡、恶心等醉酒症状明显改善;试验组未发现心血管、呼吸、行为等方面明显不良反应。试验组饮酒后单位时间尿量明显增加,表明降醇胶囊具有增强泌尿功能的作用。总之,降醇胶囊的解酒功效显著、可靠,安全性良好。可考虑作为一种保健食品。The efficacy of ethanol - reducing capsule for removing alcohol - toxin was conducted in 20 healthy men by randomizing - control and double - bind trial method with starch - capsule as placebo in control group. Results showed that the blood ethanol and ve-riational rate of trial group in 2 - 6 hours after drinking was significantly lower than that of control group. The symptoms of drunkard such as headache, dizziness. somnolence, nausea etc in men of the trial group are improved obviously. The unhealthy responses of the cardiovascular system, respire and behavior were undiscovered. The urinary amount in men of trial group was also increased remarkably than that of control group. It showed that the ethanol - reducing caapsule had an action for increasing urinary fupction.In a word, the ethanol - reducing capsule is effective and reliable in relieving adverse reaction of alcohol, it had a good safety, and may be considered as a health food.
