摘　　要：马斯洛是人本主义心理学的先驱。需要层次论是他的动机理论中最重要的部份。在这一理论中 ,需要层次有七个需要 ,包括从人的基要直到自我实现的需要 。Maslow was the pioneer of the humanistic psychology.The need hierarchy theory is the most important part of his motivation theory.In this theory the hierarchy needs consist of 7 needs which are from the human basic need to the self-actualization need.His research on self-actualization is very famous.
