摘　　要：论述了高职本科的定位和内涵以及与普通本科教育的关系,并根据发达地区高新技术领域对高层次技术应用型人才的需求,提出了技术应用型本科教育的概念及实施方案.This paper discusses the concept, connotation, significance of higher professional undergraduate course and its relation to normal undergraduate course. According to the demands of the hightech fields in the developed regions for professionals with advanced practical techniques, a concept of undergraduate course with applicable technology is put forward. Then a feasible plan is proposed for the upgrade of higher professional course students to undergraduates.
