酸性α-淀粉酶生产菌株的选育的初步研究

摘　　要：从淀粉厂的酸性土壤中筛选得到一株生产酸性α 淀粉酶的野生菌 ,YX - 1。此菌株具有较高的产酶能力 ,初步鉴定为Bacillusstearothermophilus。YX - 1能够生产两种α 淀粉酶 ,在其发酵过程中具有两个产酶高峰 ,提取两个产酶期的粗酶EI和EII ,经特性分析发现两种酶的最适pH值分别为 4 .5和 5 .0 ,最适温度均为 60℃。The strain of acido-thermophilic bacteria YX-1 producing acid α-amylase was isolated from acidic soil near a raw starch processing factory. It was aerobic spore-forming bacilli and was identified as Bacillus stearothermophilus. The strain could producetwo types of acid α-amylase. The optimum pH for enzyme I was 4.5, and for enzyme II was 5.0, respectively. The optimumtemperature for both enzymes was 60℃.
