摘　　要：优良师德的一个重要表现就是“教书育人”,但“教书育人”目前并未成为多数教师的自觉行为,还处于一种势单力薄的境地,工作难度还相当大。要大力开展优良师德教育,努力营造良好的“教书育人”氛围;重视教师人格魅力的影响,充分发挥“教书育人”优势;建立制度规范,形成合理的“教书育人”奖惩机制。One important aspect of good virtues of a teacher lies in the combination of teaching and educating. But at present, the task of teaching and education faces difficulties because it hasn't become conscious conduct for many teachers and is still in a dilemma. Therefore, we should give priority to cultivating teachers' good virtue and creating a harmonious atmosphere of teaching and education, pay more attention to maximizing the advantage of teaching and educating, and to maximizing the influence of teachers' charm of personality, and lay down regulations and rules to form a reasonable mechanism of reward and punishment in the process of teaching and educating.
