摘　　要：本文分两部分 :首先探讨曹操的“英雄”追求与士族文化价值观念的关系 ,进而分析“英雄”价值观对曹操家族文化教育的重要影响以及曹操家族文化教育的成效 ,以期全面认识曹操作为汉末三国“英雄”典型的价值。The article consists of two parts. It firstly probes into the relation between Cao Cao's pursuit of heroism and the cultural conception of value of influential and privileged family of scholar-officials. Then it analyses the significant influence of conception of heroism on the cultural education in caocao's family and the effect. From above, the author expects a full understanding of the values of Cao Cao as a heroic model in the Three kingdoms in the late Han Dynasty.
