摘　　要：实施学分制管理模式是高等专科学校主动适应社会对人才市场需求的多样性和多变性 ,积极参与招生就业市场竞争的具体要求。就高等专科学校实施学分制教学改革管理模式的理论依据、意义、内容、组织实施与对策等进行理论探讨 。The enforcement of the credit system is a concrete requirement for advanced college to adapt actively to the variety of the talent market and to take an active part in the market competition of enrollment and employment. The theoretical discussion of the theoretical basis,meaning,content,enforcement and countermeasures of the administrative mode of credit system aims at guiding the practical enforcement of the system in advanced colleges.
