摘 要:首先从Baress悖论出发,研究像企业这样以人与人之间高度复杂的相互作用为整体特征的组织,必须用整体的哲学观进行研究;接着在整体哲学观的指导下,提出了研究企业并购协同效应的新思路,即将企业并购产生协同效应的过程视为复杂组织的进化过程,并认为组织内人们的决策及其相互作用是驱动这一进化过程的决定性力量;与此相适应,还探讨了实现这一新思路的现实性和可行性。This paper first explains why organizations such as enterprises which are characterized by highly complex interactions among men must be researched by the philosophy of wholism through Baress's Paradox. Then, under the philosophy of wholism, the paper presents a new thought to explore this synergy, which regards the course of Merger & Acquisitions of an enterprise. This produces synergy as a course of organizational evolution and considers people's decisions and their interaction as the definitive power of impelling the course; the reality and probability of fulfilling the new thought is also explored.
