摘　　要：将录音、录像、摄像及网络等现代媒体与传统教学方式结合起来 ,可使教学过程最优化 .该文结合作者的体育舞蹈律动教学实践 ,论述了现代媒体在体育舞蹈律动教学各环节中的作用 ,并阐明了其具体的教学过程 .Pig liver esterase is one of important hydrolases used in biotransformation. In recent years, some studies about gene cloning of this enzyme have got much achievement. The recombinant enzyme has several advantages, such as better catalyzed ability and fewer producing expenses. Genetic engineering used on this enzyme has broaden the future of this enzyme used in chemistry industry, biological medicine producing industry and so on.
