摘  要:为掌握珠海口岸进出口食品的微生物污染情况 ,对珠海口岸 2 0 0 0年至 2 0 0 1年期间进出口食品的微生物检验结果进行了分析。共检验进出口食品 75 13批 ,其中出口食品 36 2 1批 ,检出不合格食品 10 5批 (2 .9% )。不合格食品主要为奶粉、冻禽肉、鱿鱼片、加工蔬菜和生抽酱油等。不合格原因主要是大肠菌群超标 ,其次为细菌总数、沙门氏菌和李斯特氏菌超标。共检测进口食品 3892批 ,检出不合格食品 4 3批 (1.1% )。不合格食品主要为保健食品、冷冻水产品和薯片类食品。不合格原因主要为大肠菌群、细菌总数和沙门氏菌超标。总结结果在全国具有一定的代表性 ,为我国的进出口食品的微生物检验重点提供了依据。The import/export foods passed through Zhuhai in the period of 2000~2001 were microbiologically investigated in an effort to understand the situation of microbial contamination in the products. Among the 7 513 batches of foods tested,3 621 batches were export foods, in which 105 batches were disqualified(2.9%). The disqualified export foods were mainly milk powder, frozen poultry meats, dried sleeve-fishes, processed vegetables and soy-sauce, being not compliant with the criteria for E.Coli, Samonella and Listeria. Among the 3 829 batches of import foods,43 batches were disqualified (1.1%).The disqualified import foods were mainly health foods, frozen sea foods and fried potato products, being not compliant with the criteria for total bacteria count, E.Coli and Samonella . The result of analysis provided technical basis for setting the priority in the microbiological examination of import/export foods.
