摘 要:社会化是人类学、社会学、心理学和教育学等学科共同关心的课题。通过分析不同学科视野中的社会化概念,提出社会化的实质是个体在与社会相互作用中成长变化的过程。社会化具有社会功能与个体功能,而其实现与社会化对个体"形成共性"、"发展个性"的作用密切相关。个体在社会化过程中并非消极被动地接受社会影响,而是其社会化进程的积极主动的参与者与影响者。分析、探讨社会化的内涵、功能及其个体地位对于我们思考现代教育,尤其是教育的功能、目标、方法等具有重要的启示意义。Socialization is a commonly concerned topic in many fields,such as anthropology,sociology,psychology and pedagogy,etc.This paper indicates that the nature of socialization is a process in which the individual develops through interacting with the social environment.Socialization has important functions both to the society and to the individual by forming commonness and developing individuality.The process of socialization is not a process in which the individual receives passively social influences,but that in which the individual involves in and influences his own development actively.The study of socialization has significance for us to discuss modern education,especially its functions,aims,curricula and its methods.
