摘 要:汽车悬架系统的设计必须满足行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性的要求 ,传统的被动悬架系统已无法从结构设计上使车辆具有良好的行驶性能 ,而半主动悬架通过调整悬架阻尼 ,使得它可以很好地满足车辆行驶过程的需要 ,因此受到车辆工程界的广泛重视 建立 4自由度 1 2车辆模型 ,导出了系统的非线性状态方程 ;采用模糊方法控制汽车半主动悬架的阻尼 研究了一种新型的模糊控制系统 ,以前后轴的可调阻尼值作为输出量控制悬架 ,并设计了模糊控制规则 通过计算机仿真验证了这种控制算法的有效性 。Design of the vehicle suspension system should meet the requirement of the riding smoothness and control stability. It's difficult for the traditional passive suspension system to enhance the riding smoothness from the structure design. The semi active suspension system can fulfil the task by adjusting its' damping coefficient, thus it's attached much importance by the people in automotive engineering. A model of automobile semi active suspension with four dimensions is described in this paper. The nonlinear system state equation is derived and fuzzy control of semi active suspension is applied to control the damping coefficient, which exports the damping coefficients of the front rear axle to control suspension. The fuzzy control rules are designed and the efficiency of the control arithmetic is validated through computer simulation. The work provides theoretical basis for auto suspension experiment.
