高校体育教育专业毕业生素质能力培养的研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法,对近几年体育教育专业毕业生的工作现状以及毕业生就业市场进行了调查,研究了知识经济时代体育教育专业人才培养的规格和要求,提出了一些新的认识,并论述了素质和能力的培养途径和方法。Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper made an overall investigation on P.E. graduates' working situation in recent years, their suggestions on the course arrangement and teaching task of P.E. institutions , and the job market for the graduates. Combining with documentation, the paper also made further analysis on the training norm and requirements of P.E. graduates in the intellectual economic age, pointing out the creativity which is essential to the graduates'job hunting, including the description of ways and methods to train creativity. Thus, it contributes a lot to the training of creative P.E. personals.
