摘　　要：本文界定了国有企业思想政治工作的内涵,研究提出了思想政治工作运行机制的概念,进一步论述了如何对思想政治工作进行预警、决策、实施、评估、调控和考核、激励以及它们之间相互配合、相互作用的关系,进而从理论上构建了国有企业思想政治工作运转模型及程序。This paper defines the connotation of the ideological and political work in a stateowned busines enterprise and proposes the concept of operational mechanism of the ideological and political work.Such aspects on ideological and political work as earlywarning,decision,implementation,evaluation,controling and examination,stimulation as well as the corrdination and interaction between them are furthermore discussed.And an operational model and a program of the idelolgical and political work in a stateowned business enterprise are finally established.
